How does ordering work?
Add items to your basket, choose dine in, takeaway or delivery, then tap the checkout button. The app opens WhatsApp with your order ready to review and send. The café confirms availability and the final total.
Does the app take payment?
No. Payment is not taken in the app. The café team confirms payment and fulfilment details with you.
Why did the menu change?
The app loads the live café menu. When Sage & Saga updates an item, price, calorie estimate or availability, the app can show that change automatically.
My basket is not showing. What should I do?
Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, then add the item again. If the issue continues, send us a WhatsApp message and mention your phone model.
How do I reserve a table?
Use the reservation option on the website or message the café on WhatsApp with your preferred date, time and number of guests.
