Sage & Saga Café respects your privacy. This policy explains how our website and mobile app handle information when you browse the menu, build a basket, contact us or make a reservation.

Information the app uses

You do not need an account to use the Sage & Saga app. Your basket and basic app preferences are stored locally on your device so they can remain available between visits. The app downloads the current menu, prices, descriptions, calories and café details from our public website.

Orders, reservations and WhatsApp

When you choose to send an order or reservation, the app prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you decide to send it. WhatsApp then processes that message under its own privacy terms. The café may use the details you provide in that conversation to confirm and fulfil your request.

Payments and device permissions

The app does not take payments and does not collect payment-card information. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, precise location or photo library.

Analytics and third parties

We may receive basic technical information from our website hosting service, such as page requests and error diagnostics, to keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information. Links to WhatsApp or other external services are governed by those services' own policies.
